When we decided to move to the Algarve to start a new life in Portugal family didn’t take it well at all. In fact I only recall one member of my family that actually encouraged us to do it and that was my Granddad. He told me that it wasn’t like we were moving to the other side of the world and if it went wrong so what we could just as easily move back to England.
